摘要
设计了一种适用于广大中小啤酒生产企业的在线检测装置。光学系统设计上,利用DSP处理器独立完成生产线上啤酒瓶的采集与处理,利用图像开窗采集方法减小DSP的图像数据存储量,降低了系统对内存容量的要求,解决了检测实时性要求的技术难题。建立一种最佳的啤酒液位图像识别方法及其监测软件,可实现对54000瓶/h的高速自动生产线上啤酒容量的在线动态捕捉,实时采集,并能够显示液位值,当容量不符合标准时可自动报警。该装置可独立运行和自动加载程序,便于携带到现场进行实时检测。
An on-line detecting device suitable for small and medium-size breweries was designed. It had achieved the collection and processing of beer bottle image on high-speed automatic production lines by use of DSP processor and an open-window method was introduced to reduce the data storing capacities of the image, thus it could reduce the memory capacity demanding of the system which was always a technical difficult in real-time detection. Simultaneously, it had established a best method to recognize the liquid level in beer bottle, and developed a software algorithm which could not only catch the high-speed moving object correctly and inspect the beer volume of 54000 bottles on high-speed automatic production lines per hour timely, but also recognize and demonstrate the fluid position value. When the volume in beer bottle was not in accord with the standard, the equipment would alarm automatically. This device could load program automatically and was easily carried in the beer bottle automatic production lines for real-time beer volume detection.
