摘要
企业只有充分认识到“人力”本身是一种“资本”,而且是一种“无形的、收益最高的资本”,并运用人力资本理论来指导企业的人力资源的科学管理,以此来吸引人才、留住人才,这样才能加快现代企业制度改革的进程。
All enterprises must know that manpower is a "capital.", an "invisible and high income capital.", and utilize the theory of human resources to guide the scientific management in enterprises. Moreover, they must attract and remain the talents so as to speed up the process of the reformation in the modern enterprises system.
