摘要
本文简叙了整流器散热片静电喷涂的工艺,确定了绝缘粉末涂料的型号,并分析了散热片表面静电喷涂的厚度和绝缘耐压及温升的关系,找出了既保证绝缘耐压又保证温升试验的前提下最小的喷涂厚度。
This paper explains static-coating technical process of the radiator in a dynamotor comrautating equipment, pionting out the type of the insulated dope power, listing and analyzing the relations between static-coating depth and insulative- coating enduring temperature and pressure, and thus finding the least coating depth on the basis of guaranteeing isulating pressure as well as the temperature.
