摘要
本文介绍了军用电子元器件的过时淘汰原因与现状,充分地分析了由于电子元器件过失淘汰对武器装备造成的影响,对国外针对军用电子元器件过时淘汰的管理办法作了阐述,并提出了几个解决军用电子元器件过时淘汰问题的可行方案。
This paper mainly introduces the reason and actuality of Obsolescence of military electronics components, analyzes the effect on weaponry, expounds the management to obsolescence of military electronics components in some country, and expatiates some way to solve this question.
