新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病体液sICAM-1水平与神经行为评分的关系

The Correlation Between sICAM-1 Concentrations in Serum and NBNA in Neonate with Hypoxic-ischemic Cepholopathy

摘要 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清、脑脊液(CSF)中可溶性细胞间粘附分子1(sICAM-1)表达水平与新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)之间的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测22例HIE患儿极期血清和CSF中sICAM-1表达水平,并在极期、恢复期进行NBNA评分,比较两者的相关性。结果HIE组患儿极期血清sICAM-1显著升高,经治疗后下降,sI-CAM-1表达水平与NBNA评分呈显著负相关(P<0.01);HIE极期,CSF中sICAM-1浓度高于血清(P<0.05)。结论sICAM-1在HIE中表达水平增高,可作为HIE早期诊断和评价脑损伤程度及判断预后的指标之一。 Objective To study the changes of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 ( slCAM - 1 ) in senun and cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF ) of neonates with hypoxic ischemicen cepholopathy ( HIE ) and the correlation with neonatal NBNA. Methods The slCAM - 1 concentrations were detected with enzyme- linked immunosorbent as- say (ELISA), neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA)were given to all cases at the same time. The correlation between slCAM - 1 concentrations in serum and NBNA in neonate with HIE was compared. Results The expressions of slCAM - 1 of neonate HIE groups at the critical stage were higher than the control groups( P 〈 0.01 ), the slCAM - 1 concentrations in serum were lower than that in CSF( P 〈 0.01 ) . Scores of NBNA were found to have negative correlation with slCAM - 1 concentrations. Conclusion slCAM - 1 participated in the patho- zenesis of HIE. so that they mizht have been the indicators of brain injury intensity.
