老年患者的心理分析及护理对策

The Mentality Characteistic and Nursing Measures of the Old Aged Patients

目的通过临床观察,研究老年患者心理特点及护理。方法对900例59例以上老年患者的心理变异特点与疾病的关系,进行分类解析。结果老年患者的心理特点是焦虑紧张、怀旧失落感、孤独忧郁悲观、指令依赖、恐惧绝望等。结论在对老年患者的护理过程中,注意社会和家庭不良因素对病人身心健康的影响,采取交谈、解释与放松训练及自我调控能力,使其保持良好的心理状态,有效的配合治疗是解决患者心理障碍的关键。

Objective To explore the psychological characteristic of the elderly people and its nursing strategies. Method The data of psychological characteristic and suffered diseases of nine hundred elderly people above 59 - year - old were collected through clinical observation and correlation between their psychological characteristic and suffered diseases were analyzed. Result The psychological character mainly included： the senses of loss such as missing old times or old friends, anxiety, lonelyness and melancholy pessimism, order rehance, dread and desperation and so on. Conclusion In view of the above, we make a variation on the phenomenon and relation of disease and patient＇s different psychology, take corresponding nurse measure, pay attention to the effect of society and family bad factor on patient physical and mental health, make them keep good psychological condition, effective cooperation with doctors and nurses＇ treatment.
