摘要
目的:为探讨食道癌根治术胸导管损伤导致的术后乳糜胸的治疗方法。方法:对我院1999年至2004年915例食道癌患者中,并发乳糜胸并进行了手术治疗的6例患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果:6名患者的术前的乳糜引流量平均为1916ml(1300ml^2700ml),术后的乳糜引流量平均为175ml(120ml^250ml),减少幅度平均为90.6%(87.5%~93.3%)。结论:对于食道癌术后乳糜胸的患者,保守治疗仍未能改善的,果断实施手术治疗是较为积极有效的治疗措施。
Objective： To study the treatment of postoperative chylothorax after injury of the thoracic duct during esophagectomy. Method： 915 patients who underwent esophagectomy were studied and 6 cases of them received transthoracic ligation treatment for postoperative chylothorax. Result： The average amount of preoperative chylus was 1916 ml （1300 -2700 ml） per day and postoperative chylus was 175ml （120 250ml） per day. The average amount of chylus was reduced to 90.6% （87.5% -93.3% ） of preoperative level. Conclusion： Transthoracic ligation of the thoracic duct after esophagectomy appeared to be a simple and safe method to treat postoperative chylothorax.
