泰山四叶参多糖的提取及含量测定

Extraction and Determination of the Polysaccharide in Radix Codonopsis Lanceolatae from Mount Taishan

目的:从泰山四叶参中提取多糖并测定多糖含量。方法:经脱脂、醇提后,用水提醇沉法提取多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定其含量。结果:泰山四叶参中多糖含量为12.45%,平均回收率为99.12%,RSD=1.49%(n=4)。结论:泰山四叶参多糖含量较高,具有开发利用价值。

Objective： To extract the polysaccharide and measure the content in radix codonopsis lanceolatae from Mount Taishan. Method： The polysaccharide was obtained with the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, and the polysaccharide content was measured with the phenol - sulphuric acid method. Result： The polysaccharide content in Radix codonopsis lanceolatae was 12.45%, the rate of recovery was 99.12%, and RSD was 1.49% （n =4 ）. Conclusion： Radix codonopsis lanceolatae from Mount Taishan contains plentiful polysaccharide, and it has much economic value.
