摘要
目的:探讨急性光气中毒肺损伤的临床表现与诊治。方法:对11例急性光气中毒患者肺部损伤后的临床症状、体征、动脉血气变化和影像学表现等临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:本组患者经以糖皮质激素为主的综合治疗后,临床症状及体征迅速改善,动脉血气恢复正常,肺部的影像学变化明显好转。结论:急性光气中毒主要引起急性肺损伤,通过以糖皮质激素为主的综合治疗,可以在短时间内痊愈。
Objective： To explore clinical manifestation and remedy of lung injury induced by acute phosgene poisoning. Method： The medical records of 11 patients, with the diagnosis of lung injury induced by acute phosgene poisoning, were retrospectively analyzed with respect to the clinical symptoms, signs, the changes of arterial blood gas and lung imaging and so on. Result： By combination treatment mainly included glucocorticosteroid, the patients＇ clinical symptoms and signs amend quickly, arterial blood gas returned normal and changes of lung imaging improved obviously. Conclusion ： Acute phosgene poisoning cause acute lung injury principally, it can be healed in short time by combination treatment mainly included glucocorticosteroid.
