Nursing Care of Patients with Benign Prostate Hyperplasia Treated with Transurethral Plasmakentic Vaporization of Prostat

目的:探讨整体护理对经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后患者的作用。方法:对502例前列腺增生症病人行经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术,术后进行病情监测、心理护理、生活护理及术后电切综合征、膀胱痉挛、尿路感染、尿管的观察与护理。结果:无1例患者出现炎症并发症。结论:整体护理能较好的使患者渡过围手术期。

Objective： To discuss the effect of holonursing on the patients with benign prostate hyperplasia treated with transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostat. Method： 502 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia treated with transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate had received the holonursing which included the monitoring pathogenetic condition, nursing of mental, life , urinary canal and others measures. Result： There was no serious complication among the patients. Conclusion： The holonursing was a good way to the patients with benign prostate hyperplasla treated with transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostat.
