摘要
通过对膜片阀的受力分析,建立了阀的理论特性分析的数学模型,做出了阀的对数频率特性图,从而确定了阀的理论特性.由阀的理论特性分析和试验可知:该阀压力稳定性好,响应速度快,抗流量干扰能力强,是较为理想的低压流体系统高精度压力控制元件.
Based on analyses of the forces of diaphragm over-flow valve, this paper has set up the theoretical characteristics analysis mathematical model of the vah,e and drawn its logarithm frequency characteristics diagram, thereby ascertained its theoretical characteristics. The theoretical characteristics analyses and experiments show that the valve has good pressure stability, fast responding speed, robust power to resist the disturbance of its flow-rate and is an ideal precise pressure control component of the low pressure hydro-system.
