摘要
选用卡特尔16PF人格因素量表,采用随机抽样的方法对高校体育教师进行调查,将数据与全国成人常模以及其他学科教师相比较来探寻体育教师突出的人格特征,并从学生心理健康教育角度分析体育教师人格特征对学生心理品质的影响。结果显示:体育教师人格中的高乐群性、低怀疑性等优良特质有利于实施学生心理健康教育;而人格中的高兴奋性、低世故性等特质在实施心理健康教育中既有积极的一面,也存在消极的一面,需在教育工作中抑制与修正。
With the tool of Cartels 16PF Inventory, this paper performs a survey on P. E. teachers in Henan Province chosen at random. Through the comparisons between P. E. teachers and general norms for adults and teachers of other subjects, it aims to find out the distinctive personality features of P. E. teachers and furthermore, analyze the possible influence of the personality features on mental quality of students in the course of mental health education. The findings indicate that the good features of high group - caring and low doubtfulness are helpful for implementing mental health education ; while the features of high excitement and low earthliness have both positive and negative effects and needs controlling and adjusting at work.
