摘要
江西电力会议电视系统是一个庞大而复杂的系统,分为一、二期2个阶段建设,覆盖全省12个地区,共135个会场。该系统采用混协议(H.320和H.323)、混网、混速的组网方式。文章介绍了系统的组网方案,包括系统组成、设备和功能,对省公司中心站会议控制系统的配置、功能进行了说明,重点论述了系统热备运行方案,分析了目前系统所存在的问题,并提出了解决方法。
The Jiangxi electric power videoeonference system is a large-scaled and complicated system. With 135 conference rooms, the system is constructed in two stages covering 12 areas. It is networked with the protocols of H. 320 and H. 323 and the signals are carried over SDH or TCP/IP network at different speeds. In this paper, the author introduces the architecture and functions of this videoconference system, illustrates the configuration and functions of coHference control system in center station, explains its on-line standby scheme in detailed. Finally, the problems existed in this system and their solutions are also analyzed in the paper.
