盐酸戊乙奎醚对急性肺损伤患者呼吸功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚对急性肺损伤(ALI)患者呼吸功能的影响。方法分别设盐酸戊乙奎醚观察组及对照组各31例,观察治疗前后急性肺损伤评分、氧合指数、PaO2、呼吸力学指标及机械通气时间。结果两组患者治疗后上述观察指标较治疗前均明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组上述观察指标改善更明显,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);机械通气时观察组较对照组明显缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚有助于改善ALI患者的呼吸功能。 Objective To investigate the effects of penehyclidine hydrochlofide(PHC) on the respiratory function of patients with acute lung injury (Aid). Methods 62 ALI patients were divided randomly into common treatment greup(n = 31 ) and common PLUS PHC treatment greup(n = 31 ) .The changes of ALI SCORE,oxygenation index, PaO2, respiratory mechanics and mechanical ventilation time were measured before and after treatment in each group. Results Oxygenation index, PaO2 increased significandy and ALI SCORE, respiratory mechanics index decreased significantly in both common and common PLUS PHC treatment group after treatment( P 〈 0.05) ,and the changes in common PLUS PHC group were more significant than that in the common group( P 〈 0.05). Furthermore, mechanical ventilation time was shorter in the common group than that in the common PLUS PHC treatment group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion PHC has beneficial effects in improving ALI patients' respiratory function.
