纳络酮治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察加用纳络酮治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床疗效。方法将52例HIE患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例患儿在传统治疗的基础上加用纳络酮(0.03~0.05mg/kg)治疗,连用3~5天。对照组22例患儿采用传统治疗方法。结果治疗组患儿中枢性呼吸衰竭改善、惊厥消失、循环不良及胃肠功能紊乱好转(在72 h内症状消失),总有效率达到了86.7%,而对照组为28.8%。治疗组意识、反射、肌张力恢复时间均明显优于对照组(治疗组比对照组平均缩短了3.46天),两组比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论在治疗HIE时加用纳络酮,可显著提高疗效,且无毒副作用。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Naloxone in treating Neonate Hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods 52 cases with HIE were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30) and control group( n = 22 ). Naloxone (0.03 - 0.05mg/kg, 3 - 5 days in series ) were added to 30 cases of treatment group on the basis of traditional treatment, and the result was compared with 22 cases of control group. Results The total effective rate was 86.7 % in treatment group and 28.8 % in control group, which included improvement of central respiratory failure, disappearance of convulsion, improvement of ill - circulation and gastrointestinal dysfunction(the symptoms disappeared within 72h). The recovery time of consciousness, reflection, muscular tension in treatment group was obviously shorter than that in control group( the average recovery time of treatment group was shorten for 3.46 days ), and the difference was significant( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Naloxone is of notable effect in treating HIE with no toxic reaction and side effect.
