摘要
利用ANSYS有限元计算软件,采用接触非线性与耦合自由度两种方法对亚硫酸罐车车体进行有限元结构分析,并就两种方法的计算结果作了详细的对比。通过对比分析表明,两种分析方法的计算结果很接近,最大误差为14.77%,基本能满足一般的工程需要。两种方法在铁道罐车的结构分析中都是切实可行的。
The finite dement structure analysis for sulfurous acid purpose tank car-body is studied through the methods of contact nonlinear and couple degrees of freedom by using the finite element software ANSYS. The resnlts of the two methods are compared detailed at the same time. h shows that the maximum error percentage is 14.77%, the two results are very coincident by analysis.The error of result can basically satisfy the needs of the generic projects.It is obvious that the two methods of structure analysis for tank car are both feasible.
