鸡传染性支气管炎(Avain infectious bronchitis,IB)是危害养鸡业的主要疫病之一。由于IBV血清型众多,不同血清型间没有或仅有部分交叉免疫性,使传统疫苗难以达到满意的效果。随着IBV分子生物学研究、免疫机制探索以及病原变异机制探讨等工作的逐步深入,IB基因工程疫苗和DNA疫苗研究工作也取得了一系列进展,为新型疫苗的研制奠定了基础。

IB is a main plague endangering the chicken industry. Because the serotype is numerous, and there is part cross immunity in the different serotype, So, the traditional vaccine difficultly attains the satisfied result. With the molecular biology about IBV study, immunity mechanism investigating, and the disease variation mechanism studying, the study of genetic engineering vaccine oflB and the DNA vaccine obtain a series of progress. The foundation is established to develop the new vaccine.
