摘要
将等离子体聚合的正丁胺薄膜直接淀积到玻璃态碳衬底上制成pH修饰电极。对其pH传感特性的研究表明聚正丁胺薄膜在浓H2SO4溶液中具有稳定的pH传感特性。敏感曲线在0.5~3mol/L间为线性响应.其斜率为66mV/pH。并对Na+、K+、SO42-等具有良好的抗干扰性。聚合条件对其pH传感特性有一定影响,低放电功率下制备的聚合膜响应敏感度较高,这归结于聚合膜中胺基含量较高的缘故;而高放电功率下制备的聚合膜具有较宽的响应范围,这归结于薄膜结构交联度较高的缘故。
The potentiometric chemical sensors contructed by plasma polymer films of N- Butylamine show good response to H+ ion in strong sulfuric acid solution. In 0. 5~3mol/L sulfuric acid solution the sensitivity exhibits linear response with slope of 66mV/pH. The Na+ \ K+ and SO2-4 ions do not disturb electrodes' potentiometric measurment. The sensitive property is affected by the discharge power. The sensitivity of polymer films deposited at low discharge power is higher due to higher aminegroup content. While the response range of polymer films deposited at higher discharge power is wider because the cross-linkage of films structure increases.
