摘要
我们首次测得了人体内源性原叶琳原卟啉(PP)和血清蛋白(BSA)及其混合液的荧光衰减寿命和时间分辨光谱。结果显示,BSA和PP的混合使得BSA的荧光寿命变短,而PP的荧光寿命则变长,从而进一步肯定了BSA→PP的能量传递过程的存在,并为光敏治癌的机理研究提供了有用的依据。
The lifetime of photoluminescence decay and time-resolved spectra of Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) and protoporphyrin(PP) and their mixture have been mesaured. Mixing BSA and PP makes the lifetime of BSA shorter and the PP longer. These results confirm the exsistence of energy transfer of BSA→PP, and may be instructive for the study of luminescence mechanism of malignant tumors.
