摘要
本文阐述了智能微光功率计的原理及设计方法,在此基础上研制出的智能微光功率计具有自动量程变换、光谱响应自动校准、数据采集和处理的自动化、程控LED显示等功能,从而实现了弱信号的精确测量和测试过程的自动化。
This paper gives a detail description of the principle and procedures of design about the intelligent weak-light power meter developed by authors. The meter, has the function of automatic adjustment of measuring range,automatic amendment to spectral response, automation of data acquisition and processing and a program-controlled LED display, etc. Thus,the accuracy and automatic measurement of a weak signal of light can be achieved.
