摘要
对碳纳米管负载的Mo-Co基加氢脱硫催化剂进行了负载顺序和浸渍溶剂的优化,结果显示以水为浸渍溶剂,采用先浸渍Co,经干燥、焙烧后浸渍Mo此负载顺序制备的催化剂,其对噻吩的HDS活性在一定的反应条件下具有最佳值.
Influence of the impregnation order of Mo and Co on the catalyst performance was investigated. The five impregnation orders [i. e. , (a) Co was impregnated first,and after drying and calcining the impregnation of Mo' was done, (b) Co was impregnated first, and after drying the impregnation of Mo was done, (e) Mo was impregnated first, and after drying and calcining the impregnation of Co was done, (d) Co and Mo were co-impregnated, and (e) Mo was impregnated first, and after drying the impregnation of Co was done] were compared. The results indicated that the catalyst prepared following the procedure (a) displayed the highest activity for the thiophene HDS. Influence of incipient solution was also investigated. The results showed the catalyst which use H2O as incipient solution had the highest activity for the thiophene HDS.
