On Stylistic Features of English for Science and Technology

运用英语现代文体学理论,从词汇、语法/句法和语篇三个层面对科技英语的文体风格进行了分析,为科技英语的阅读理解、写作与翻译提供启示.

Adopting the theories of modern stylistics, in this paper we analyze the characteristic of English for Science and Technology from three levels： lexicon; syntax/grammar and context. It＇s certain that the study of these distinctive features will shed some light upon English for Science and Technology reading comprehension, writing and translation.
