体育专业学生实践能力培养与学校体育工作改革互动的研究

Research on Improving P.E. Majors' Practicing Ability and Reforming School P.E. Work

运用文献资料法、访问调查法和逻辑分析法,就当前如何提高体育专业学生实践能力与学校体育工作改革之间的互动进行研究.研究表明:两者的改革成果之间具有资源共享和互动的影响,体育专业学生实践能力的培养是高等师范院校体育工作改革的出发点和落脚点,优化现有资源配置,既可进一步促进学校体育工作的良好开展,又可培养更多符合当今社会发展需要的复合型体育人才.

By using the illustration of documents, the view of experts and logical analytic method, a study was carried out in the interaction between improving P.E. majors＇ practicing ability and reforming school P. E. work. The research shows that their reforming results are resourceshaing and interactive. Improving P.E. majors＇ practicing ability is the starting point and ultimate goal of school P.E. work, so optimizing available resources and strengthening the two aspects＇ interaction and influence can promote the school P.E. work and train many compound talented persons in the new century.
