摘要
在信息公理的基础上,引入了模糊信息公理的概念,提出了基于模糊信息公理的评价方法。决策者在决策时无需给出各设计指标的具体权重,只需设定各指标的设计范围和系统范围,计算各指标的信息量,通过比较各设计方案的信息量选出最优方案,从而将整个决策过程置于一个更加灵活自然的框架中,更充分地表达了决策者的主观偏好,更符合工程实际情况。应用实例表明了基于模糊信息公理的评价方法的有效性和实用性。
This article introduces fuzzy information axiom (FIA) and presents a new evaluation approach based on FlA. It makes selecting the best option easy through specifyi'ng indexes' design and system range, computing the information contents of evaluation indexes and comparing them, without detail index weight information. Therefore it makes decision process more flexible, and results closer to decision maker's subjective preference and meeting actual conditions. The practice shows that it is effective and practical.
