摘要
为了提高起重机起升机构设计效率,将可视化思想引入到设计计算中,采用数据可视化技术、COM接口技术,以VC语言为基础编制程序,进行机构的设计。采用这种方法,参数、设计指标集成在一个界面上,设计过程开放,可按照个人需要进行交互设计,用户可以清楚地看到参数、设计指标的变化,所见即所得,最后自动生成计算说明书。
This paper expounds how to apply visualization concept in design and calculation to improve design efficiency of hoisting mechanism for cranes. Parameters and design values can be integrated on one interface by using data visualization and COM interface technology, and programming with VC language. The design process is open. It can realize interactive design when needed. Changes in parameters and design values are clearly shown, and design manual can be automatically generated finally.
