生骨康片的质量研究

Study on Quality Standard for Shenggukang Tablet

目的:建立生骨康片质量标准。方法:通过TLC对丹参、延胡索、肿节风、牛膝进行鉴别研究。采用HPLC测定异嗪皮啶含量。结果:在TLC中检出丹参、延胡索、肿节风、牛膝。异嗪皮啶在0.08～0.40μg.mL-1呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,回收率97.4%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重复性好,可作为产品的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish the quality stadard for Shenggukang tablet. Methods： Radix et rhizoma salviae miltiorrhizae, rhizoma corydalis, herba sarcandrae, radix achyranthis bidentatae were identified by TLC. Iso-fraxidin was determined by HPLC. Results： Radix et rhizoma salviae miltiorrhizae, rhizoma corydalis, herba sarcandrae, radix achyranthis bidentatae could be detected by TLC. Isofraxidin showed a good linear relation ship at a range of 0. 08 -0. 40μg·mL^-1, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 97.4% . Conclusion： The methods established are simple, feasible and reproducible and can be used as the quality control for Shenggukang tablet.
