摘要
对所研制的ＺＸＳ１智能型砂水分计的工作原理、技术特性和使用性能进行了详细的叙述。该仪器１０ｓ内即可准确测出各种湿型砂用原辅材料的水分，并自动显示。为铸造行业型砂的性能检测和质量管理提供了先进手段。
In this paper, working principle, technical characteristics and operational performance of ZXS1 Intelligent Molding Sand Moisture Meter are described in detail. This instrument can measure accurately the moisture of all kinds of green molding sand acting as primary assistant material within ten seconds and display automatically. It provides the advanced means for peraformance test and quality control in foundary industry.
