把握方向 创新机制 实现超级稻研究和推广的新跨越 被引量:3

New Leap Forward of Super Rice Research and Extension under Right Orientation and Innovating Mechanism

摘要 20世纪90年代后,中国科学家吸取日本和国际水稻研究所超高产育种的经验教训,创造性地提出了"理想株型塑造与强优势利用相结合"的中国超级水稻育种技术路线,获得一批超高产水稻育种材料,并成功培育了一批具有自主知识产权的超级稻新品种。中国超级稻今后发展要转变观念,科学把握超级稻的发展方向。发展超级稻主要是提高中国水稻的综合生产能力,以超级稻带动全国水稻的增产增收,带动水稻生产向高产、优质化方向发展。因此,要分稻区组建多学科、多单位联合协作的研究团队,进一步完善研究协作机制,要创新示范推广工作机制,建立激励机制;要整合资源,努力发挥项目的综合优势和叠加效应,实现超级稻研究和推广的新跨越。 Since the end of 1990s, Chinese scientists have learnt the experience in breeding super rice of Japan and IRRI and developed a technical route of Chinese super rice breeding (combination of ideal plant type with the utilization of vigor). A batch of super rice breeding materials have been obtained. At the same time, a mass of super rice varieties having self-deter- minable intellectual property have been bred. From now on, transiting intention and holding the developmental orientation of super rice breeding are important. The objective of developing super rice is improving the comprehensive productive capacity of rice in China. The super rice would promote the production and income and make rice high yield and high quality. A research team would be built by many research fields and institutions. Leap forward of super rice research and extension would be realized.
