载脂蛋白E基因多态性与腔隙性梗死关系的研究

The study on the apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism in patients with lacunar infarction

目的:探讨载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与腔隙性梗死(lacunarinfarction)的相关性。方法:采用病例对照研究,对105例中老年腔隙性梗死患者和322例健康对照者进行研究。用多聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和限制性片段长度多态性测定ApoE基因多态性。结果:对照组ApoE基因的等位基因频率为e210%、e382.4%和e47.6%;腔隙性脑梗死组的等位基因频率为e28.2%、e384.3%和e47.5%。ApoE各基因型和等位基因频率在腔隙性脑梗死和对照组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:未发现ApoE基因多态性与腔隙性梗死存在相关关系。

Objective.. To explore the relationship between the apolipoprotein E （ApoE） gene polymorphism and lacunar infarction. Methods： A case-control study on 105 middle-age and old-age patients with lacunar infarction and 322 healthy controls was carried out. The genotype and allele frequencies of ApoE gene polymorphism were assayed by polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP）. Results.. The allele frequencies of ApoE was ε2 10%, ε3 82.4%, ε4 7.6% in healthy controls subjects and ε2 8.2%, ε3 84.3%, ε4 7.5% in patients with lacunar infarction. No statistically significant difference in ApoE allele and genotype distribution was found between the patients with lacunar infarction and the healthy controls（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： There were no significant correlation between ApoE gene polymorphism and lacunar infarction.
