摘要 学习障碍和未成年犯罪者有共同特征。未成年人犯罪前辍学有复杂的背景,有其自身的问题,也有家庭和学校教育的问题,更有社会环境不良因素的影响,是各种问题的综合反映。矫正青少年学习障碍,预防和减少犯罪必须采取综合对策。 Learning disorder and the immaturity criminal have the common characteristic. Stop schooling before juveniles commits a crime having complicated background, have own problem, also problem having family and school education, more, effect having bad factor of soeial environment, be that various problem synthesis reports. Correcting teen-agers learning disorder, take precautions against and fall off committing a crime must adopt the synthetical countermeasure.
