摘要
稳定高效的人力资源是私营企业经济快速发展的基本条件。私营企业的发展需要员工积极参与,谁能高水平地经营人力资源,谁就能在竞争中处于战略主动地位。人力资源所具有的创造性和可持续利用性,是世界上任何一种物质资源所无法比拟和替代的。因此合理利用人力资源,最大化发挥人的潜力,对私营企业经济持续快速健康发展有着重要意义。
Stable and efficient human resource is the basic condition of the rapid development of the economy of private enterprise. The development of private enterprise needs the staff to participate actively. Whoever can efficiently manage the human resource will take the strategic initiative in the competi- tion. The continual utilization of human resource cannot be matched and replaced by any material resource in the world. Therefore rationally using human resource and giving full play to their potential is significant to the continue rapid and healthy development of the enterprise economy.
