摘要
对联合国GHS和欧盟REACH化学品管理制度做了介绍,简述了管理毒理学在化学品管理中的应用以及化学品健康和环境危险评定的一般程序,希望能引起国内相关工作者的重视,进一步加深对GHS和REACH的全面认识。
GHS and REACH are two highlights in chemicals management system. Toxicology is sharply strengthened in GHS and REACH but it is weak in China. The application of regulatory toxicology to chemicals management is simply reviewed and a general introduction to the program of risk assessment is given in order to make the researchers in China pay attention to GHS and REACH and make further efforts to understand them.
