二苯基苯甲酰基吡唑啉酮及其金属配合物的合成与表征 被引量:2

摘要 在非水溶剂中,合成出β-二酮试剂1-对氯苯基-3-苯基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(HL),再通过与过渡金属盐一起回流,制得了铜、铅、铬、铁配合物。根据元素分析、质谱和摩尔电导值,推测出配合物的组成为[ML2]和[ML3],通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和差热-热重分析等手段研究了其配位结构与一般性质,配体主要以酮式结构存在,配位时转化为烯醇式结构并发生羟基去质子化,羰基和烯醇羟基的O原子以双齿形式与中心离子成键,配合物的配位数为4或6。 A new β-diketone reagent--1-(p-chloro-phenyl)-3-phenyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5 (HL) was synthesized in the presence of a non-aqueous solvent. Its Pb(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ), Cr(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅲ) complexes were obtained from refluxing a solution of this reagent in admixture with transition metallic salts. The general formulas of complexes were identified as [ ML2 ] and [ ML3 ] based on the elemental analysis, mass spectra and molar conductance values. The coordination structure and common properties of these compounds were studied by IR, UV-visible spectra, ^1HNMR and TG-DTA. The results showed that the novel ligand existing mainly in ketoform structure was changed into enol form structure after coordination and being bonded with central ions by O atoms of carbonyl group and enolic hydroxyl group in bis-cog form. The coordination numbers of these four complexes were 4 or 6.
