2,2′-二苯并咪唑的合成与提纯

Synthesis via a modified method and purification of 2,2′-bibenzimidazole

摘要 对Vyas法合成2,2′-二苯并咪唑进行了有效的改进。采用冰醋酸取代使用较广的乙二醇作为提纯溶剂,效果更优。采用DSC和TG分析技术,更为准确地确定了标题化合物的熔点为411℃,并同时首次发现其大约在365℃以后存在显著的升华现象。 In this paper, the method of Vyas for synthesizing 2,2'-bibenzimidazole was effectively modified. Ethylene glycol which was widely used as the solvent for purifying 2,2'-bibenzimidazole via recrystallization was substituted by glacial acetic acid, resulting in a more excellent purifying effect. The more accurate melting point 411 ℃ of 2, 2'-bibenzimidazole was measured by DSC and TG, and for the first time the sublimation of this compound at 365 ℃ was discovered.
