Synthesis of dimethyl 3,4-disubstituted furan-2,5-dicarboxylates

摘要 以二甘醇酸二甲酯和1,2-二羰基化合物(二苯乙二酮、二水合三聚乙二醛或草酸二乙酯)为原料,甲醇为溶剂,在CH3ONa的作用下,回流6h,经一步反应合成了3个标题化合物,产率69.1%~97.4%。 Three dimethyl 3,4- disubstituted furan-2,5-dicarboxylates were synthesized in the yields of 69.1% - 97.4% using dimethyl diglycolate and 1,2-carbonyl compounds(benzil, glyoxal trimer dihydrate or diethyl oxalate) as raw materials after refluxing for 6 h in methanol in the presence of CH3ONa in one step.
