摘要
介绍了一种制备2-氯-6-氨基苯甲酸的新方法,即以2-氯-6-硝基甲苯为原料,经过铁粉还原,乙酸酐酰化保护,高锰酸钾氧化,氢氧化钠溶液水解,4步反应总收率61.5%。该法易于工业化放大,产品经重结晶纯度在95%以上,最终产品结构由FT-IR、1HNMR确定。
A new method for producing 2-chloro-6-amino-benzoic acid was described. Herewith 2-chloro-6-nitrotoluene was converted to 2-chloro-6-amino-benzoic acid via reduction by Fe power, followed by acylation protection by acetic anhydride, oxidization by potassium permanganate, and hydrolysis with sodium hydroxide solution. The total yield of product involving four steps described above could reach 61.5%. The synthesis procedure could be easily scaled up, and the product purity could reach 95 % after recrystallization. Structures of the intermediates and final product were confirmed by FT-IR and ^1HNMR.
