摘要
电解机械复合光整加工可获得表面粗糙度Ra0005~001μm的镜面,这是因为加工中有两方面的复合作用,一是用尽可能均匀分散的磨料轨迹去除部分工件表面凸起,而电解蚀除作用使工件表面更加平整.影响加工效果的工艺参数有实际加工时间tm,工件与工具头之间的偏距Y0,文中对此作了推导及优化计算,并通过试验给予验证.
Mirror surfaces of roughness R a 0.005~0.01 μm have been obtained by electrolytic abrasive finishing, because the process has two actions,the undulation is reduced by optimum abrasive loci,and further,the minute projecting portions are dissoluted uniformly by electrolysis.The effective parameters ,such as actual working time , workpiece revolution,feed rate and tool offset height,have been tested,also,the practical methods to determine the parameters are proposed.
