摘要
研究了Ni的超薄覆盖层对Ag表面SERS强度的影响.结果表明:Ag表面上Ni的平均覆盖层厚度在1~2个单原子层内,其SERS信号的衰减具有明显的短程非电磁作用特征;在Ag的表面蒸镀Ni的厚度大于18.0之后,体系Ni/Ag仍具有5.4×103的增强因子.
The change of SERS intensity from pyridine absorbed on the surface of Ag mirror evaporated ultra thin nickel with the thickness from 0.8 to 20.0 is studied under UHV.The result is that characteristic Raman band 1 010 cm -1 of Py molecule was attenuated steeply after one monolayer of Ni atom (2.5) was evaporated on surface of Ag mirror,which implied that a shortranged damping effect was working with long range effect at the same time in the process of SERS damping.The subatrate of Ni/Ag still remained the ability of SERS enhancement about 5.4×10 3 after evaporated Ni with the thickness of 18.0 ,which implied there is a promising application for this system.
