Ni的超薄覆盖层对Ag表面SERS的影响

摘要 研究了Ni的超薄覆盖层对Ag表面SERS强度的影响.结果表明:Ag表面上Ni的平均覆盖层厚度在1~2个单原子层内,其SERS信号的衰减具有明显的短程非电磁作用特征;在Ag的表面蒸镀Ni的厚度大于18.0之后,体系Ni/Ag仍具有5.4×103的增强因子. The change of SERS intensity from pyridine absorbed on the surface of Ag mirror evaporated ultra thin nickel with the thickness from 0.8 to 20.0 is studied under UHV.The result is that characteristic Raman band 1 010 cm -1 of Py molecule was attenuated steeply after one monolayer of Ni atom (2.5) was evaporated on surface of Ag mirror,which implied that a shortranged damping effect was working with long range effect at the same time in the process of SERS damping.The subatrate of Ni/Ag still remained the ability of SERS enhancement about 5.4×10 3 after evaporated Ni with the thickness of 18.0 ,which implied there is a promising application for this system.
