On the basis of rice haploid breeding work in many years, the related techniques are improved to simplify culture protocol on the principle of cost-saving, to establish new haploid breeding system on the principle of high speed, and to broaden green plantlet population and re-use pollen plants on the principle of enriching genetic background. It is necessary to establish a new rice haploid breeding procedure to guarantee this technique to be applicable in rice breeding.
