摘要
汉代官吏为政期间的休假制度,是我国古代国家职官管理的一项重要内容,也是官员享有的一种基本福利待遇,其休假主要有定期休假和不定期休假两种:定期休假分为五日一休假和节假;不定期休假分为事假、病假、丧假和赐假四种。
