对中国崛起的一种建构主义分析

Analysis of China's Rise from the Perspective of Constructivism

本文以建构主义方法对"中国崛起"的概念以及崛起的外部安全环境进行了分析,认为中国崛起概念与外部世界的关系是复杂的,这种关系来自于产生此概念的比较方法、历史经历所导致的认知惯性以及当今世界高度相互依赖的现实。为了通过和平的方式更好地实现中国崛起,需要扬弃现存思维模式中与相互依赖的国际社会现实不协调的因素,以建设性的态度消除其他国家对我国发展的误解,并积极参与同外部世界的相互建构过程。

This article analyze the concept of ＂China＇s Rise ＂ and the external security environment of ＂China＇s Rise ＂ from the perspective of constructivism. The authors consider there are some complex relations between the concept of ＂china＇s Rise＂ and the external world. The relations come from the comparative method which makes the concept; the cognitive inertia roots in history, and the reality of complex interdependence in this world. In order to achieve the purpose of ＂China＇s Rise ＂ in honor of ＂Peaceful Rise＂, we need to discard some factors which can not assort with the reality of complex interdependence in this world from our model of thinking, dispel other country＇s misconception about China＇ s development in constructive attitude , and take part in the process of inter-construct with external world actively.
