流动注射-抑制化学发光法测定泮托啦唑钠

摘要 在多聚磷酸钠的弱碱性介质中,泮托啦唑钠对二价铜离子—过氧化氢—RhB(罗丹明B)化学发光体系具有强烈的抑制作用,且发光信号的降低值(△I)与泮托啦唑的浓度在0.3-1.0μg.mL-1和1.0-8.0μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,由此建立了泮托啦唑的流动注射化学发光抑制分析法.方法的检出限为0.15μg.mL-1.对5.0μg.mL-1的泮托啦唑连续进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为4.72%.该方法成功用于粉针剂中泮托啦唑钠的分析. A new flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) system for determination of pantoprazole is presented. In sodium polyphosphate medium, hydroxyl radical could be generated by the reaction of Cu^2+ with H2O2 and the hydroxyl radical could oxidize rhodamine B to produce CL. pantoprazole could decrease the CL intensity . The decreased CL intensity was linear with the pantoprazole concentration in the range of 0.3 ~ 1.0 μg · mL^-1 and 1.0 ~ 8.0 μg · mL^-1. The detection limit was 0.15 μg · mL^-1 and the relative standard deviation was 4.72% for 5.0 μg · mL^-1 pantoprazole (n = 11 ).
