焦作社会主义新农村建设初探

Preliminary Study on Socialist New Countryside Construction in Jiaozuo

党的十六届五中全会把建设社会主义新农村作为我国现代化建设进程中的重大历史任务,是在对中国国情科学准确分析、判断的基础上提出的全新的理论和政策,为包括焦作在内的全国新农村建设指明了方向、道路,使农村建设迎来了全新的发展机遇。本文结合焦作当前农村现代化建设的实践,对怎样建设社会主义新农村提出一些意见和建议。

The 5 th session of the 16 th National Congress of the CPC has set the construction of socialist new countryside an important historical task in the course of our modernization building. These decisions, based on the precise and scientific analyses of our country, and on correct judgment, give a brand-new theory and policy to ,us. They have pointed out a clear direction and way for us all, and thus, brought about a new chance to build a new countryside in Jiaozuo and in other cities and areas as well. According to the current practices of countryside modernization of Jiaozuo city, this paper offers several ideas and suggestions on how to build socialist new countryside in Jiaozuo.
