河南省城镇居民收入分配格局及其变化

Research on Assignment Pattern and Its Change of Urban Residents' Income in Henan

本文采用基尼系数、库茨涅兹比率、库茨涅兹指数、阿鲁瓦利亚指数、收入不良指数、变异系数等指标对河南省城镇居民收入分配格局进行分析。结果表明:1992—2004年,河南省各收入阶层的收入差距总体上呈扩大态势;在行业工资收入差距上,垄断、高技术含量的行业工资较高,批发零售贸易餐饮业、农林牧渔业工资一直较低;不同所有制单位的工资收入差距主要体现在国有单位和集体单位之间以及其他所有制单位和集体单位之间;在地区收入差距上,2000—2004年省内中西部城市居民收入较高,南部和西部城市居民收入较低;相对于全国其他省份,2004年河南省城镇居民收入差距偏大。收入差距的扩大与收入的实际增长相伴随,解决收入差距的根本途径是大力发展国民经济,并采取相关措施调节收入。

The assignment pattern of urban residents＇ income in Henan Province is studied by Gini Coefficient , Kuznets Ratio, Kuznets Index, Ahluwalia Index, Distribution Index of Income, and Coefficient of Variation and so on. The results show： the income gap among income groups was generally expanding in 1992 to 2004 in Henan Province; from the income gap among sector wages to see, the monopoly and the high-tech industries had higher wages, but the wholesale and retail trade and the agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing had lower wages continuously in 1992 to 2004; the income gap among different ownership units mainly manifests between the state-owned u- nits and the collective-owned units, as well as other between the units of other types of ownership and the collective-owned units; from the income gap in different region, the mid-west urban residents had higher income, while the south and the western was lower in 2000 to 2004 in Henan Province; comparing with the other provinces, the residents＇ income gap was bigger in 2004 in Henan Province . The widening income gap had been following the increasing real income, so the basic solution is to develop the national economy and take measures to adjust the income distribution meanwhile.
