Preliminary Analysis on Culture Difference in Translation of English/Chinese Poem

本文分析了英汉诗歌中所体现的英汉文化差异,提出在英汉诗歌翻译中首先要保证原文隐含意义的准确转达,在没有文化冲突的情况下兼顾形象意义和字矶意义,并要根据具体的语境正确译出原文的准确意义。

This paper analyzes the English/Chinese cultural difference embodying in the English/Chinese poem＇s translation . It is suggested that we firstly grantee the exact transference of the native language implied meaning. And then, we shall consider the real meaning of the image and the word in the case of no cultural shock. According to the concrete language environment, we can translate the native meaning properly and correctly.
