摘要
学习型组织被认为是目前最具竞争力的组织,变革型领导是新近关注较多的一种领导风格。文章首先论述变革型领导理论及学习型组织构建的模型,最后提出变革型领导更适应创建学习型组织。
Learning organization is regarded as the best competitive organization,and transforming leadership is a leader style which people pay more attention to recently. In this paper, the theory of transforming leadership and the model of building learning organization are discussed. At last, the author proposes that transforming leadership more adapts to build learning organization.
