摘要
信用卡制度是一种重要的金融服务制度,针对信用卡的犯罪行为严重地威胁着金融秩序和公私财产安全。我国刑法对于信用卡的保护制度有得有失。
Credit card system is an important finance service system. The crimes concerning credit card seriously endanger the finance market system and property security. Advantages and disadvantages coexist in the regulations protecting the credit card system in our criminal law.
