摘要
用司盘(Span)系列非离子表面活性剂和胆固醇(CHOL)通过真空旋转-超声波法制备维生素C囊泡,研究包封条件对包封率的影响,考察维生素C囊泡的形态和构造.实验结果表明:Span60与CHOL摩尔比为2∶1,40℃超声30 m in,对1.00 g/L的维生素C的包封率可达45%以上.
Vc was encapsulated in niosomes formed by non-ionic surfactant Span and Choles via a evaporation-sonication method. To obtain a higher encapsulation efficiency, conditions including the structure of the surfactant, sonicaton, content of the drug and Cholesterol were investigated and optimized. The morphology and size of the niosomes were measured by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the entrapment efficiency of the niosomes for Vc could be as high as 45% under the experimental conditions of drug concentration 1.00 g/L, molar ratio of Span60 to Cholestero 2 : 1 and sonication for 30 min at 40 ℃.
