摘要
针对目前油田应用的搅拌式核桃壳过滤器广泛存在的问题,提出采用改进的泵循环式核桃壳过滤器。通过在大庆油田某污水站的现场实验,研究了泵循环再生式核桃壳过滤器除油去浊性能。实验结果表明,循环式过滤器除油去浊能力明显优于石英砂过滤器,达到油田污水排放标准;该过滤器有效解决了反洗水量大、易跑料、对罐体冲击大等搅拌式过滤器的问题。
In view of the application of agitation type walnut shells filter which has a widespread existance of questions the filtration mechanism was analysed and the improvement of the pump circulation type walnut shell filter was proposed in the paper as a substitute. The performance of this kind of filter to eliminate oil and turbidity was studied during the tests in some wastewater station field in DaQing oil field. The results indicated that the circulation type filter obviously has a better performance as the quartz sand type one did. The usage of the former met the field sewage emissions standard. The circulation type filter effectively solve the problems such as the excessive amount of the bounce-back water,material leak, impact to the filter body which are common in the application of agitation type filter.
