橡胶型氯化聚乙烯硫化体系的研究 被引量:13

摘要 试验研究了橡胶型氯化聚乙烯几种常见的硫化体系,并对其硫化胶性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,硫脲体系硫化速度慢且老化性能较差,毒性大,已属于将被淘汰的产品;过氧化物体系产品物理性能好,硫化速度较快,但抗撕性能较差。在此体系中加入助交联剂可明显提高交联效率及耐热性,其中TAIC效果为最佳;新型噻二唑硫化体系硫化速度快,产品性能好,撕裂性能好,兼具硫脲与过氧化物的优点。国产的促进剂EataAccel DH能代替昂贵的促进剂如Vanax 808、Rhenogran NC等,得到性能优秀的硫化胶。 The curing systems of CM was researched, and the properties of the vulcanizates was compared. The results showed that CM cured by thiourea had a low curing speed and physical properties,and the resistance to heat was poor. At the same time,the thiourea had serious toxicity, so it must be replaced in future. CM curled by peroxide could obtain excellent complex properties except tear strongth. Adding the cross-linking agent in the peroxide system, the curing speed and the physical properties of crosslinked CM were improved,among them, TAIC was the best. The vulcanzates cured with the new agent named thiadiazole were high-performance compound with high curing speed,better tear strongth,and it had the advantage both thiourea and peroxide. EataAccel DH could instead of the costly accelerators such as Vanax808, Rhenogran NC, obtained the highproformance crosslinked CM rubber.
